Solving transportation challenges for heavy machinery and materials to enable construction in remote islands and mountainous areas.
Ground improvement work in remote islands and mountainous areas. The biggest factor driving up costs is "transportation costs for equipment and materials." Our Elneed method (Super Laple method) solves this issue, which can sometimes amount to tens of millions of yen. The key is "overwhelmingly low equipment requirements." Since no special machinery or large-scale equipment is needed, transportation costs are dramatically reduced, making it possible to carry out projects that were previously abandoned due to unsuitable conditions. ⬛︎ Why is it "possible to construct anywhere"? 1. Only "backhoe" is needed. We do not use specialized heavy machinery like ground improvement dedicated machines. As long as a backhoe, which can be arranged anywhere, is available, construction can proceed. 2. Materials can be transported as "powder." Since we do not use ready-mixed concrete, there are no time constraints like the 90-minute rule to maintain quality. Cement-based materials can be transported in powder form and simply mixed with water on-site. This poses no problem even in remote islands or mountainous areas without ready-mix concrete plants. Thanks to this simplicity, we have successfully completed projects in more than three remote islands without regular shipping routes. Compared to other methods, we significantly reduce transportation costs and effort, contributing to the realization of projects.
